Service Description

What’s Included Accounts Review A detailed analysis of the company’s financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Identification of key trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Process Review Assessment of current finance processes (e.g., invoicing, payroll, reporting, bookkeeping). Recommendations for streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort. Key Findings Report A summary of financial health, key risks, and actionable insights. Clear, practical steps to improve financial performance and compliance. One-Hour Consultation Walkthrough of the findings (via Zoom). Opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on the recommendations. Ongoing Advice (Optional Add-On) A follow-up consultation within 30 days for additional questions or further guidance. Option to upgrade to a retainer for continuous support. Price Basic Package: £400 (Includes accounts review, process review, key findings report, and a one-hour consultation.) Get clarity and confidence in your finances with an expert review and actionable advice. No ongoing contracts, just expert guidance when you need it. Please note the booking time is an appointment for the onboarding call only, the work will be undertaking following this call within the agreed timeframe. If your required deadline cannot be met and agreed on the call, a full refund will be made.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Process Consultation: An initial consultation is required to outline the scope of work, deliverables, and timeframes. This consultation is free and will be undertaken via phone or video call. Scheduling: Bookings must be scheduled at least 5 working days in advance. Urgent requests (less than 5 days’ notice) are subject to availability and may incur an additional surcharge. Payment Policy Payment in full is required online before work is undertaken. Refunds: 48 hours cancellation notice is required for a full refund. After Service Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the service has begun, regardless of completion status. Cancellations and Changes By Client: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start will forfeit the deposit but avoid further charges. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start will incur a 100% charge of the total fee. By Wexede: In the rare event we are unable to fulfil the service, clients will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule. Service Terms Deliverables: The scope of the service will be clearly defined during the initial consultation. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Confidentiality: All information shared during the service is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with data protection laws.
